ASGIStreamingResponse `headers` should support iterable in addition to dict

ASGIStreamingResponse headers should support iterable in addition to dict, to match the typing of headers attributes in the rest of this library. as headers can be duplicated. unless there's some reason that this specific location doesn't support repeated headers?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean. Can you be more specific or reference some code / provide an example of what's currently not working as intended?

Sorry, the issue is that ASGIStreamingResponse's headers here accepts only a dict[str, Any], whereas eg its base class ASGIResponse accepts dict[str, Any] | Iterable[tuple[str, str]] here. This lets the latter accept repeated header keys, as is standard in HTTP. I believe ASGIStreamingResponse's headers typing should be updated to match.
