test.py 'testpaths' argument help error for specifying tests

The help returned for the 'testpaths' argument describes filtering the tests by using square brackets. The tests are actually filtered using '#' e.g. test_exhaustion.toml#4#1 to run testcase 4 permutation 1 of test_exhaustion test suite.
