Required environement for installation?

Hello,

Thank you for developing (reviving) the very useful tools. I came to this GitHub repo because the browser version didn't work on the IE. For a security reason, Chrome is forbidden in my workplace, so IE is my only option. My questions are:

1. Do you have any idea why it doesn't work on IE?
2. Does the procedure in the readme file show how to install this app on computer? (sorry if I'm asking something stupid)
3. If so, what do I need to have for the installation? Node.js?
