Help Needed -- Network Traffic of Connection Assist

There is a tool called Connection Assist that can download log files from SHM2.
Unfortunately, the tool does not work for me for some unknown reason.

To help me diagnose the error, it would be extremely helpful if someone could capture the traffic between Connection Assist and SHM2, e.g. with Wireshark. Then I could compare at the network level and perhaps find the cause.

I am able to use this tool and captured the traffic already. After reviewing the captures for sensitive data I will provide them...

I have added you to my rep where you should be able to download the capture-file. It only have the connection established and disconnected afterwards. No download of a Log-File...
