improve local calendar user experience

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows and Outlook user may encounter this problem:
the events in ics is added into an existing calendar. The default import is an email main calendar, which cannot be delete. Once there is a module update, they have to delete all events one by one, due to Outlook/Windows Calendar design problem.

Create a new calendar by the ics.

This feature doesn't seem to be implemented in iCal format file.

• A walk around may be using webcal protocol to solve this issue.
• Delete output file as a group.

Will investigate more when available.
