affiliation lists that are too long have issues with running off the page

@dwsideriusNIST - noticing a problem with the alchemical best practices revision - the authors + affiliation list is getting long enough that it takes up more than the first page - example below. Is there a way to fix this by allowing the list spill into into the 2nd page?

Because it spills off the first page, it also seems to not print the other key information (dates, line numbers, github repository)
