Updates to the interface object

I'd liek to change the following:

• add colorScheme from @Environment - this value should push an event when changed as discused in when values in the interface object change push new event to server #1523
• change i18n to just be the time_zone value, not a map
• chage i10n to just be the locale value, not a map
