Add option for full domain for flux/flux.js

Currently eg @fluxScripts returns hard coded <script src="/flux/flux.min.js?id=8f5ff5c3" data-navigate-once></script>

for some reason i have a laravel app running in a subfolder and so now flux gets loaded from example.com/flux/ instead of example.com/folder/flux

@hebbet Have you tried updating.your .env file to include the subfolder in your app's URL?

yes, it already is set to example.com/foldername/

but doesn't make a difference
