Readonly Attributes for Select and Date Range

Not sure if it's complicated, but can we have a readonly attribute for the select and date range component? It'll simplify reusable forms for me. I know there are other ways of handling it like using disabled but it lacks visual consistency having readonly and disabled fields in the same form.

@bzarzuela There is no readonly attribute in a native HTML select component, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is why there isn't one in Flux - to be consistent with the HTML standard (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Attributes/readonly)

For me a select can be read-only

I hear ya - I've always been a little annoyed (even pre-Flux of course) of having to code selects differently re: readonly/disabled
