Add badges to dropdown menu items

Navitems have badges today and they look great.

Dropdowns have a space for an icon and a keyboard shortcut today, could we add badges as well with colors similar to the navitem implementation?

Yes I know you can do this, just like you could do the same with navitems, but there is a native flux badge for navitems and I think it should be replicated to similar components like menu.item.
