Larger calendar with details for each day

It would be very nice to be able to display each day in the calendar as a square, and add details to individual days. The details can be displayed in the existing Badge-component.

I'm also looking for this type of calendar component in Flux. Would be awesome to have a Month, Week and Day view.

I second this request. A calendar is supposed to be large and allow displaying information within it. The current calendar components are expanded date pickers.

A useful API for such a function would be the range functionality already available, but with the ability to attach text, icons and change the background colour and thus display a multi-date event and a wire:click (e.g. for displaying event details when clicked).
