[Suggestion] Add version number on top of all blade files

I suggest adding a timestamp and version number at the top of each file. This way, we'll be able to track the last time the file was updated.

Additionally, when publishing components, you could first compare the version number in the file with the one in Composer. If they match, then proceed to publish the file (on a file-by-file basis rather than component-based).
