Wrong help text for text component variant/color section

What is the problem?

The help text for the Color section is wrong, and appears to be copied and pasted from the Size section.

Use standard Tailwind to control the color of the text so that you can more easily adapt to different screen sizes.

The help text should describe the semantic meaning of the variants / colors.
