SSL certificate for github used by the 3ds is no longer valid #143
Description
github discontinued the support of the ssl certificate the 3ds uses for it. this means that the 3ds is unable to verify the new one as truthful, and will reject the connection.
this means that when scanning the qr code present in readme.md, FBI will not be able to download the cia from github, requiring you to download the cia manually.
proposed fix: host the cia download somewhere other than github, or use something like gitcdn or rawgit, as their SSL certificates should still be valid.
