Download queue seems to be broken if files are moved before the end of the process

I inadvertently moved a folder while it's files where still being downloaded.
This seemed to have broken the download queue.
I purged the cut file (via the frontend) from the download queue but no other file has been downloaded since then.

Rebuilding the docker fixed it so I imagine that it might be a lock issue?

There is no download queue... If you crash you download, the download is not marked as donwloaded an the download recover on the next execution... The lock is in relation with a PID. If PID don't exist, lock if remove and warning displayed.
