getAmplitude() fails to read amplitude after resume on web

• Browser: Safari, Chrome, etc.

Describe the bug

When pausing a recording on web and resuming the recording after a couple of minutes (e.g. 5min), getAmplitude() will return current amplitude -160 over and over again.

Issue is still there, even after fix made in #544

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start recording on web and read amplitude using getAmplitude()
2. Pause recording
3. Wait for 5min
4. Resume recording and read amplitude using getAmplitude() repeatedly

Expected behavior

Stream outputs actual amplitude

Additional context

Stream outputs no amplitude
