Fooocus AI Change Temporary Folder

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to assign the temporary folder of Fooocus AI to another drive.

I had already read possibilities that are supposed to work, but none of them work.

If I edit the config_modification_tutorial.txt file to change the drive path from C to D and start Fooocus AI, the file is overwritten and the drive path C is again in config_modification_tutorial.txt
‘temp_path": “C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\fooocus”,

‘temp_path": “D:\\Users\\XXXXXX\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\fooocus”,

I was able to change the config.txt so that the outputs path is now on the D drive, unfortunately not yet for the temporary folder.

Are there any other files that need to be changed?

You have to set temp_path in config.txt, not in config_modification_tutorial.txt

or use startup arg --temp-path XYZ

thanks for the feedback.

But there is no temp_path in the config.txt and if I enter it, it is not adopted.

Is there a particular spelling that needs to be taken into account?

The temp folder is a background configuration set by using the argument --temp-path XYZ, which has to be set not in config but in the run.bat file or manually be set on startup in Linux.
