GPU not recognized, does not read the total ram memory

My problem is, no matter what I do, my GPU is not recognized and the total RAM does not appear correctly.
I have an RX 5700 8 vram.
I have already tried editing the ''run'' and putting the command ''.\python_embeded\python.exe -s Fooocus\entry_with_update.py --gpu-device-id 0'' but nothing happens.
I am not sure if the command is correct or if it is in this directory that I execute the commands.

Can someone explain to me where I can run the commands?
How do I activate the reading of my video card?
How do I read the RAM correctly since I have 24GB?
