Improve textures of architectural render made with Enscape

I'm trying different settings to improve the render I made with Enscape. I don’t want to change the design or structure — just enhance the texture quality to make it more realistic. However, every time I try, the image changes completely. I also watched some videos about using image prompts, Enhance, but I couldn't get them to work either. So I'm here asking for help.
