Hey, I have a few questions regarding the commercial use of Fooocus. Despite the topic being discussed several times here (#2688 or #1957), I still feel a bit confused because many responses seem to boil the issue down to "Yes, I can use Fooocus for commercial purposes," but the reality appears to be a bit more complex. What I believe I understand : It was possible to use Fooocus for commercial purposes for free, as it is essentially just a tool. However, in practice, everything depends on the specific model being used. Currently, it seems that the default model is JuggernautXL by RunDiffusion, which does not allow the use of generated images for commercial purposes without paying for a license. There are models that can be used for commercial purposes, provided your business does not exceed $1 million in annual revenue, such as SDXL 1.0 / Stable Diffusion 3.5 / SDXL Turbo. My questions :
Thanks in advance for your feedback. |

2. Yes, Colab does not add anything in that regard. You have to comply to it's terms only
3. Just read their license - https://huggingface.co/ByteDance/Hyper-SD/blob/main/LICENSE.md
for SDXL its CreativeML Open RAIL++-M License - ok commersial, but forbidden to generate illegal stuff, fakes, etc
