How do I run Fooocus locally without having to upgrade?

I have a little problem, every time I want to run Fooocus on my computer from “run.bat”, it downloads the models again, it's a bit annoying to be honest.

The ~\Fooocus\presets\ folder contains all the Presets that specify which Models, Loras and Refiners to use, if they are not in the appropriate folders, they are automatically downloaded.

If you take the sai.json file, it has the most parameters, the rest of the files are very similar.

You need to simplify the part with the loading code for each preset, but you must understand that the generation will not occur if the files that are specified at the beginning are not present.
