Commercial use allowed for content generated with JuggernautXL v8 ?

Hello,

Fooocus natively supports the impressive JuggernautXL v8 model.

Is it possible to sell content generated with this model, either directly (selling the images themselves) or indirectly (selling a t-shirt with a generated image) ?

I believe the model is licensed under the "CreativeML Open RAIL-M" license, which in theory shouldn't pose a problem, but I can't seem to find clear, transparent, and unambiguous information on this topic. I would like to avoid simply assuming that "if something isn't explicitly prohibited, then it's implicitly allowed," as that's often a recipe for trouble.

I've also reached out to the model's creator at [email protected], but I'm not expecting a quick response.

please be aware that you must not use Fooocus V2 (prompt expansion) outside of Fooocus commercially:
