[Feature Request]: Change tab icon when image generation is completed

What would your feature do?

When image generation is completed, the tab icon for Fooocus should change, perhaps to add an exclamation point.

Proposed workflow

When image generation is completed but the user is in another tab, the tab icon changes automatically.

When the user then switches to the Fooocus tab, the icon automatically changes back.

Additional information

While this is similar to another feature request for the window name to change to indicate percentage completion, this would be more useful for indicating that image generation is actually complete, especially if the tab is pinned so the title can't be seen without hovering over it anyway.

I am aware that I can also set a notification sound for completion, however I will miss it if I'm away from my computer, have my sound muted, or take my headphones off.

While this is generally considered as good improvement to existing functionality, Fooocus is in limited bugfix support only. Feel free to adjust the code and add a JavaScript function to change the logo accordingly.
