This is high priority. We use the main tag for the image and v0 for the chart when building from head for llm-d-router artifacts. We should use the same pattern for llm-d-async.

Currently we do build and push a new image for each commit on main but we only publish helm charts for release branches.

publish helm is currently gated for releases only.

We should update this worflow to not run on main and run nightly instead or manual trigger. When the workflow does run on main it should publish the container with main tag and the helm chart with v0 tag.
