Build with build-secret rather than passing tokens as build-arg

Not sure why this architecture was chosen for builds, guessing it was just tech debt, but feel free to disregard this if there is a good reason.

I HIGHLY suggest migrating to build secrets so that we aren't passing tokens. This is because tokens get populated into the image manifests, so anyone who knows what they are looking for can steal ya tokens.

It was removed by #124.
