[deprecation] remove nixl (version 0) connector

The goal is to consolidate both nixl and nixlv2 into 1 connector only, called nix. In order to allow for smooth transition, the deprecation will spread across multiple releases:

• release X: have both nixl and nixlv2 enabling the latest nixl protocol (v2)
• release X+1: remove nixlv2

do you mean remove nixl and call nixlv2 just nixl ? or remove nixlv2 and keep nixl ?

This was done as part of PR #379 which moved the Sidecar from its own repo into this repo.
