This repository does not fully conform to the llm-d Go repo template. The following items are missing or inconsistent and should be added or updated to maintain consistency across the organization.

Governance Documents

• Add PR_SIGNOFF.md
• Add SECURITY.md

Linting / Config

• Add .hadolint.yaml
• Add pyproject.toml (pre-commit config)

GitHub Metadata

• Move CODEOWNERS from repo root to .github/CODEOWNERS
• Add .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md

Issue Templates

• Add .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ directory with bug_report.yml, config.yml, and feature_request.yml
