Invalid base config reference is hidden error #196
Description
Describe the bug
I attempted to create a msvc that refered to a base config that is not present.
No components were deployed (okay) and no change in msvc status (not ok). I had to look at model service logs to find the problem. Users won't have access in general.
Expected behavior
Status change indicating a problem.
From the controller log:
"error":"failed to get ConfigMap: ConfigMap \"simple-base-config\" not found"
