+Add `topology-extractor` datalayer plugin: stamps endpoints with a `Topology` attribute (hostname, rack, zone, region). Label names are configurable; defaults are the standard Kubernetes topology labels when they exist. Hostname falls back to `spec.hostname` when the label is absent.
