Remove `shape_in_memory` tests

The shape_in_memory tests test our capability to do shaping for supported shapes that are in memory instead of on disk. The MeshClipper can soon do this and do it faster. I don't think there's any user for shaping-in-memory who are not willing to switch to MeshClipper, so we probably should remove the shape_in_memory tests.
