Maestro should regenerate status on manually re-run steps

@FrankD412 says that a restart functionality, as described in #95, has not yet been implemented. However, a workaround could be the following,

1. Manually rerun the steps, in their separate directory, that for reasons unrelated to bad problem setup, did not run.
2. Have maestro status show that those failing runs completed, if they were successful.
