Would be nice to have the group function for arcs that are less than a certain angle

Amazing work! I've made a modification so that an arc expands when being selected, instead of having a border around it. It would be really handy if we can group small arcs into an "other" category.

Grouping the small arcs is something I want to get to since the beginning but got no time to do, I hope I can get some time at some point, but if you find the time to contribute, that would be awesome!
