Django venv install issue

Trying to install this tool in an offline manner (download .zip and transfer to an asset) and even installing in Parrot OS for HackTheBox practice. Django shows it's installed but does not show up with "pip list", which blocks me from setting up the database. ParrotOS is running Python3.11.2. See screenshot for more details.

After working with maintainers this issue is resolved within 2 environments:

HackTheBox Parrot env with python 3.11.2:

1. Updating the python-docx line to "python-docx >= 0.8.11" in the requirements.txt file.
2. Manually running "pip install legacy-cgi"

Within Kali 2025.4 env with python 3.13.9:

1. Include steps above first
2. Manually running "pip install standard-imghdr"

Maintainers to review code and update for LTS of product.
