LM Link works only from one account from the same client PC

What is the bug?
I have installed LM Studio on my Windows 11 Pro and tried to link it to an LM Studio running on my Mac Studio M3 Ultra. The connection works fine the Mac serves the LLM to the client LM Studio that is running on my Windows laptop. Then I quit the client LM Studio, log out on the Windows machine and log in with a different user account. Start LM Studio from the new account and try to activate the link. In this case I receive the following error message:
"Cannot start LM Link because the LM Link Connector framework is not installed. Please try to reinstall LM Studio." and the link is not established. LM Link shows "Starting" and "Offline" cyclically.

@Ackerka it looks like something went wrong with the windows installation. Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app? Note that this should not be necessary as a usual debug step but the particular error message says some components are missing

Although I did not reinstall the app as it works fine on both accounts. Only the new LM Link feature does not work on one of the accounts.

By the way, the missed component can be found on the machine under the user specific .lmstudio\extensions\frameworks\lmlink-connector-win-x86_64-avx2-0.0.5 folder.
This folder exists only for the user where the feature works. The other user does not have a .lmstudio folder at all, nevertheless all other LM Studio features seems to work for him as well. (My .lmstudio folder contains 7869 files and it is 2.14GB in size.)

I also tried to copy the lmlink-connector to the other users directory structure following the same path but it did not help. There are also some related registry entries but I stopped the investigation at that point.
