Using the thumb stick of a controller to move, say, directly horizontal causes you to move in a wide arc. However, using WASD doesn't produce the same problem. I I logged translationX and translationZ to the console which didn't reveal any issues with calibration, so I have no idea what's causing it.
To replicate: Plug in a controller, and move directly horizontal. You'll instead move in a wide curve.
I have yet to determine how long this has been the case, for what it's worth.
