How to launch your own plugin store?

Do I need anything else besides PLUGINS_INDEX_URL = http://my-store.com/index.json?

• I'm running the chat-plugin-template on localhost:3400
• lobe-chat is running on localhost:3010
• PLUGINS_INDEX_URL = http://localhost:3010/my-store.json
• the index is available at http://localhost:3010/my-store.json

The content of the my-store.json:

Now in lobeChat/pluginStore the content of my-store.json is displayed, and my plugin is listed there. It installs correctly and can be used in the chat. However, it doesn't work. If I install the same plugin through lobeChat/pluginStore/addCustomPlugin, and input http://localhost:3400/manifest-dev.json then the plugin works as expected.
