Error running in WSL

I got an error running on my WSL.

Environment:

Windows 11(22H2, 22623.1037)
AMD Ryzen THreadripper 2970WX
WSL Distro - Ubuntu-20.04
WSL version 1

Reproduceable steps (On cloned repo directory):

~/noip-renew$ ./setup.sh
No-IP Auto Renewal Script Setup.
1) Install/Repair Script            3) Uninstall Script
2) Update noip.com account details  4) Exit setup.sh
Select an option: 1
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to create bus connection: Host is down
