docs: trim CLAUDE.md to focus on dev guidance, remove user-facing docs

Remove user documentation (Telegram setup, CLI command list, Skills YAML
format, OpenClaw session format, migration instructions, git advice) that
doesn't help future Claude instances write code faster. Keeps build
commands, architecture, feature flags, key patterns, and module index.
448 → 160 lines (-64%).
