cleanup before new release

• backup couchdb (export allDocs as json)
• delete couchdb
• update nodejs to v4.3.2
• update pm2
• change cookie pw
• remove old data from mongodb and populate with default data
• remove/move http://openinnovationlab.de
• change db password
• remove test development routes
• set cookie lifetime to one year
• set default image to all locations which have no image right now
