Importer - New option - Remove/Disable non-imported events

The import has currently an issue if an event folder is completely managed via the external import and events are removed on the other side. Without the option, the removed events are still shown in the TYPO3 system and a manual cleanup is required.

I suggest sending a second event in front of the iteration of https://github.com/lochmueller/calendarize/blob/main/Classes/Command/ImportCommandController.php#L130 like new ImportStartEvent($pid) This event could be used to disable all event entries on the target page. In https://github.com/lochmueller/calendarize/blob/main/Classes/EventListener/ImportSingleIcalEventListener.php#L29 I would enable the event again. As result only the events of the import would be active.

This would solve your problem?

@lochmueller Thanks for your fast feedback. :) This sounds like a working solution for the problem if a direct option doesn't fit. I'm just wondering a little bit if this isn't a standard case for many people out there who are importing events. I guess it's often only not seen, because you might not have the case where future events could be removed so often.
