Remove redundant icons and text from page preview

Follow-up for 

* issue: https://github.com/lochmueller/calendarize/issues/869
* PR: https://github.com/lochmueller/calendarize/pull/870

Due to the icons already being configured in TCA, they now appear twice in the page rendering preview (PreviewRenderingEventListener). Also, the plugin label (e.g. "List only")  appears twice:

This can be further simplified:
