Fix LICENSE NOT IDENTIFIABLE BY GITHUB

The LICENSE referenced by the README.md is being displayed as NOT IDENTIFIABLE BY GITHUB, probably because the main LICENSE file has the contents of two licenses mixed.

This should be fixed probably by separating the licenses' contents into different files.
