Login a website with a lengthy URL may cause abnormal display of pop-up block

This is what happens when login https://www.kobo.com.
If the login URL is too long, the excessive length will cause the pop-up block to enlarge, resulting in abnormal display.
If I want to close this block, I have to scroll to the right in order to see the close button.
