Add FootprintIQ to Username Search Engines (THE-214)

Resolves merge conflict from PR #639 by applying the community-contributed
FootprintIQ tool addition against current master with enrichment fields.
FootprintIQ scans usernames/emails/phones across 500+ platforms with
breach detection and data broker scanning.
