migration format

current format has too many types and rust function has no default args, so we can not do it like rails.

can we build it with a struct and use attribute macro to define extras.

Could you clarify what problem you're trying to solve? And what is the problem?

only one UUID type, no UUIDUniq, no UUIDNull, reduce types;
what if I want uniq and null same time?

extra attributes such as nullable, index, default value, can be set with macro.

for example: col!(id: UUID, null = false, default="gen_uuid_v4")
