How to return 409 Conflict with custom message in loco.rs controller?

Hi everyone 👋

I'm working on a loco.rs project and need to return a 409 Conflict HTTP response when an entity already exists. For example, I want to send:

• HTTP status code: 409
• Message: "Entity already exists"

Currently, I'm using:

return Err(Error::string("Entity already exists"));

But this returns a 500 Internal Server Error by default.

What is the correct or idiomatic way in loco.rs to return a 409 with a custom message?
