What's the loco way to generate presigned s3 urls? Using storage or an alternative method?

When uploading files to s3 services, the bucket can be private. And a temporal presigned url is generated and sent from the web server to the frontend so it can have temp access to download the file, the s3 service is the one that sends the file to the clients. So users can download files directly from s3 servers.

For example in laravel when using the "framework storage" (the same idea of loco storage) when using s3 driver:
