Info about QGIS potential with ros #16

I am presently working a lawm mower project using RTK. I can easily make a survey of my terrain and the obstacles with SW map and export the polygons to many formats ( .csv or QGIS compatible formats)

My goal is to have a map in .png format to use with the ROS navigation stack. I am wandering if there would be a way to do it with QGIS and (avoid programming this transformation with opencv)

When a look at the Qgis documentation i do not see any function do to so.
