Iterative notes creation

Sorry if the question is already answered, new here.
I love how Cursor can iteratively change code files, making it very easy to progress on something, see the difference and apply/decline.

Can this plugin do the same but for text notes?
I would like to chat with my preferred LLM and have it iteratively change my markdown note
