BUG: Thinking Blocks not Working with Ollama #2030
Description
- Disable all other plugins besides Copilot (required)
- Log file generated via "Copilot: Create Log File" command or Settings -> Advanced -> Create Log File (required)

Model used: (ollama) gpt-oss:20b

Describe how to reproduce
Attempt to ask an ollama reasoning model (marked as reasoning in copilot) anything.
Expected behavior
Shows thinking blocks or just the final result with no thinking.
Screenshots
It instead gives the thinking block as a weird prefix to the output.
Additional context
This has been an issue since at least 3.1.1, I elected to stay on 3.0.3 for the time being.
